
The program will provide a specialist education in Human Resource Management leading to a comprehensive understanding of it's strategic and operational roles. It aims to prepare the graduates for a career in the field of human resource management in various corporations such as manufacturing, marketing and service sectors, or in various types of industries like pharmaceuticals, semi-conductors, food and beverage, banking industries and other types of organizations. The program is also intended to develop key skills in analysis, communication, leadership and decision-making as well as in interpersonal skills and flexibility. The course will focus on the application of these skills not just in the traditional sectors of business and commerce, but also in micro-, cottage small-to-medium-sized businesses and the not-for-profit sector. The program is intended to be a sound foundation for various human resource/personnel specialists at administrative and managerial levels. An internship program in the senior year will allow students to internalize the intricacies of managing Human Resources in an organization.
