COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The program aims to prepare students to acquire a strong foundation on theory, principles, and concepts, as well as analytical tools and perspectives that will provide a sound and competitive basis for financial decision making. The program requires a high level of dynamism and commitment from the students who will work in-depth on each course through proper balancing of finance theory and research literature with the practical aspects of financial management. It also aims to produce graduates for careers in the financial department of general business, investment, banking, broker-dealer firms, management consulting, commercial banking, the central bank and other international financial institutions. There is a possibility for graduates of this program to take the Chartered Financial Analysts Level I international licensure examinations.
